
Carbon Black N774 is Non-polluting, low surface area, low structure, high-density extension semi-reinforced furnace black SRF-HM NS provides high resilience, good elasticity resistance and blending resistance. The rubber material using Carbon Black N774 has good process performance and the filling amount can be very high. The vulcanizate has high elasticity, low heat generation and good dynamic performance.
Physical & Chemical Properties
Carbon Black N772 has an iodine absorption value of 29g/kg and a DBP of 72cm3/100g, with medium reinforcement performance. Compared with non-polluting low-constant elongation semi-reinforced furnace black (N762, N772), the two have the same specific surface area, and the light transmittance of toluene is slightly higher (about 95%), and the structure is slightly higher. Its main feature is low solvent extraction and no pollution to rubber.

Carbon Black N774 can be used as reinforcing filler for belting, moldings, hoses, hose cover, tire inner liner, tubes and profiles. It gives excellent processibility in numerous rubber goods. Carbon Black N772 mainly used in Tire Industry, All Rubber Products, Inks and Paints Industry.
